Welcome to MCDigitalArt. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

1. Digital Product & No Physical Shipping

All products sold by MCDigitalArt are digital files only. No physical items will be shipped. Your final artwork will be delivered as a high-resolution digital file via email.

2. Photo Submission & Usage Rights

By submitting photos to MCDigitalArt, you confirm that:

You own the rights to all submitted photos, or have explicit permission from the copyright holder to use them.
You grant MCDigitalArt a limited, non-exclusive license to use your submitted photos solely for the purpose of creating your ordered collage.
MCDigitalArt will not share, sell, or use your photos for any other purpose without your written consent.

3. Proof Approval Process

After your order is placed and photos are received, we will create a digital proof and send it to you within 2–3 business days. You will have the opportunity to request reasonable revisions before final delivery. Final files will only be delivered after your written approval of the proof.

4. Revisions

Each order includes up to 2 rounds of revisions. Additional revision requests beyond this may be subject to an additional fee.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the custom and digital nature of our products, all sales are final once work has begun on your order. If you have concerns about your order, please contact us at mcdigitalartdesign@gmail.com before approving your proof.

6. Turnaround Time

Digital proofs are typically delivered within 2–3 business days of receiving all required photos and order details. Final files are delivered within 1–2 business days of proof approval.

7. File Usage & Printing

Your delivered digital file is licensed for personal use only. You may print your collage for personal display or gifting. Commercial use, resale, or redistribution of the digital file is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

MCDigitalArt is not responsible for print quality issues resulting from third-party print services. We recommend using reputable print providers such as Walgreens, Costco, Shutterfly, or Staples.
